Important Notice: Hexafin acts solely as an intermediary and DSA (Direct Selling Agent) / facilitator between loan seekers and licensed Banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), and Financial Institutions (“Lending Partners”). Hexafin is not a bank or registered lender and does not issue loans directly.

3. Eligibility

To access and use our website and services, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years of age.

  2. Be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

  3. Be a legal resident or registered business entity in India.

By submitting your details, you represent and warrant that all information provided by you is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date.

4. User Obligations & Representation

  • You agree to provide accurate, true, current, and complete documents (Identity Proof, Income Proof, Address Proof, Financial Statements, etc.) required for processing loan applications.

  • You agree not to upload or transmit fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents.

  • You acknowledge that loan approval, interest rate determination, loan tenure, sanction amount, and disbursal are at the sole discretion of the respective Lending Partners (Banks/NBFCs) and not guaranteed by Hexafin.

5. Privacy Policy & Data Usage

Your privacy is important to us. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and sharing of your personal and financial information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

This includes permitting Hexafin to share your details with partner Banks/NBFCs, credit bureaus (such as CIBIL, Experian), and third-party service providers necessary for credit evaluation and loan processing.

6. Fee & Service Charges

  • Hexafin strives to maintain transparency in all its services.

  • Any applicable consulting fees, processing fees, or charges (if any) will be communicated to you clearly prior to engagement.

  • Fees or charges levied directly by Banks/NBFCs (such as processing fees, valuation charges, documentation fees) are independent of Hexafin and subject to the lender’s policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The information provided on our website is for general informational and advisory purposes only.

  • While we strive to maintain accurate, updated, and reliable information, Hexafin makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of any financial offer or product.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Hexafin Consultancy Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
